针对项目敞开式气罩的运行特点，正鼎环境聚焦两大核心技术痛点，打造专属解决方案：
气流组织优化：通过仿真分析，科学规划送排风比例与气流路径，避免气流紊乱，确保气罩内部全域气流均衡稳定，适配纸机550m/min 运行需求；
排湿系统升级：优化排湿通道设计，提升单位时间排湿效率，快速排出生产过程中产生的大量水汽，杜绝结露、返潮等问题，保障设备连续稳定运转。
Focusing on the operational characteristics of the project's open hood, Zhengding Environment concentrates on two core technical challenges to develop a dedicated solution:
Airflow organisation optimisation: Through simulation analysis, scientifically plan the supply and exhaust air ratio and airflow path to avoid airflow turbulence, ensure balanced and stable airflow throughout the interior of the hood, and accommodate the 550m/min operating requirements of the paper machine.
Moisture removal system upgrade: optimise the design of the moisture removal channel, improve the moisture removal efficiency per unit time, quickly expel the large amount of water vapour generated during production, eliminate condensation and dampness problems, and ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
